Ottman Azaitar
Reigning Brave Combat Federation Lightweight Champion Ottman “Bulldozer” Azaitar, 28, is still an undefeated fighter. Fighting out of Cologne, Germany, the German-Moroccan mixed martial artist recently competed in the Brave Combat Federation cage for the fourth time.
Azaitar became the first Brave CF Lightweight Champion on November 17, 2017. He has yet to defend his title.
On August 18, 2018, Azaitar headlined “Brave 14” with Danijel “Vitez: Kokora, 28, of Deliblato, Serbia. They competed in the welterweight division.
“Brave 14” took place at the Omnisports Indoor Club of Tangier in Tangier, Morocco. In the main event of the evening, the referee put a stop to the welterweight bout at 0:32 of Round 1 when Azaitar knocked out Kokora.
This made Kokora the 10th MMA fighter to lose to Azaitar. It was the Serbian fighter’s first Brave CF bout and the recent loss to the German-Moroccan fighter downgraded his professional MMA record to 16 wins and 4 losses.
When Azaitar made his Brave CF debut at “Brave 2: Dynasty” on December 2, 2016, he defeated Kevin Koldobsky of Argentina via unanimous decision. The German-Moroccan contender returned to the cage on March 31, 2017 at “Brave 4: Unstoppable” and knocked out Charlie Leary of Harrow, Greater London, England via punches.
Azaitar won the inaugural Brave CF Lightweight Championship bout at “Brave 9: The Kingdom of Champions.” He knocked out Alejandro “Pato” Martinez, 27, of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico via punches.
Before joining Brave CF, Azaitar competed in SFC, Fair FC and GMC. The first six opponents he defeated in his professional MMA career were Patrick Talmon, Alexander Vogt, Ilbey Akdas, Serge Dali, Ramunas Paliunis and Lukasz Szczrezek.
